职位描述/Job Description
维护客户全球的网络，实时更新单子的状态，在SLA要求的时间内把问题解决；
Provide day-to-day operation support on our customers’ global network, update ticket status, fix problem within SLA;
参与和提供技术支持给大型网络项目；
Provide technical support on global/local network projects;
整理和更新客户的网络资料，包括网络图，IP地址，设备清单，登陆权限等等；
Maintain network database, which includes network diagram, subnet address, equipment list, access right, etc;
网络优化；包括网络设备以及设计的更新。
Network CIP, which includes network equipment replacement & network design optimization.
职位要求/Job Requirement
精通Cisco 产品（路由器，交换机，防火墙），有CCIE R&S, CCIE Security, CCNP, CCSP优先；
Familiar with Cisco Product, which includes router, switch, firewall, etc. CCIE R&S, CCIE Security, CCNP, CCSP is a plus;
精通Cisco ASA, NAT, ACL, VPN, Easy VPN, IPsec VPN；
Familiar with Cisco ASA, NAT, ACL, VPN, Easy VPN, IPsec VPN technology;
精通OSPF, Static route, HSRP, Redistribution, Spanning Tree等路由交换协议；
Familiar with routing & switch protocol, such as OSPF, Static route, HSRP, Redistribution, Spanning Tree, etc;
有ACS管理经验优先；
Experience on ACS management;
良好的英语沟通能力，6级以上优先；
Good English & communication skill, CET-6 is a plus;
较强的学习能力；
Good learning skill, accept different technology;
有高度的工作责任心。

系统工程师/System Engineer
职位描述/Job Description
负责客户服务器、存储系统和虚拟化（vmware）系统调试、检查及运行维护；
Install, test and maintain servers, storage, vmware;
负责系统运行中发生故障时，进行及时排查，实时更新单子的状态；
Incident troubleshooting and ticket management;
负责虚拟化和数据库方面的备份实施和检查；
Vmware & Database implementation & health check;
完成公司安排的其他工作。
Complete other assigned task.
职位要求/Job Requirement
计算机及相关专业，大专以上，有vcp证书者优先考虑；
Diploma degree in Computer Science, related technical field or equivalent. VCP degree holder is preferred.
三年以上系统集成相关工作经验；
At least three years working experience in SI field;
了解EMC存储、NBU备份经验者优先；
Familiar with EMC storage, NBU backup is preferred;
熟悉Oracle、SQL Server备份维护经验者优先；
Familiar with Oracle, SQL Server is preferred;
熟悉vmware虚拟化环境系统安装、部署过程；
Familiar with vmware system installation and maintenance;
熟练掌握Windows、Linux等操作系统；
Familiar with Windows server and Linux server support;
熟练域管理技术的基本安装、维护；
Familiar with Active Directory installation and maintenance;
熟练掌握常见服务器、存储等设备的调试、维护等；
Familiar with server & storage installation & maintenance;
较强的文档编写能力；
Good Documentation skill in English;
具有较强的人际交往能力、沟通协调能力、分析判断能力、应变能力、计划与组织能力.有责任心.
Good Communication, co-ordination, troubleshooting & planning skill. Responsible & reliable.
